We are a family run supplier of cut size foam, Operating since 2000. We have branched out from dealing with the trade to offering wholesale

prices to the general public. We offer a 48 hour delivery service for all cuts of foam anywhere in mainland U.K. Our aim is to provide a high

quality affordable service to all customers. Below is a list of our most popular foam products that we sell. If you require anything that is not on

Sheets
Available in any thickness we sell all our foam by the sheet. This is ideal if you are looking to cut templates or shapes yourself.

Camper Van Cushions

One of our best selling items is our cut size foam for Camper Van and Boats.Able to be used as both a matress and a comfortable seat cushion. We can

cut foam to any size you require. If you require a complicated shape then a template may be requested to ensure the exact match to your requirements.

We also can supply the foam sets for the VOLKSWAGON ROCK AND ROLL BEDS

Upholstery Foam

We stock a wide range of foams suitable for use in both domestic and Contract Upholstery. Our most popular grades are our 33 grade Blue for seats and

firm backs and our Luxury 50 grade Pink Reflex foam which is ideal for use as both seats and backs when comfort is the most important issue.

Contract Pub and Club Foam
Re-vamping your Pub or Social Club? We can replace your existing foams with the choice of tapered or flat bench seating foam. We offer the choice of either
a 5lb or 6lb chip foam wrapped in 33 grade 1” blue foam available with or without an overhanging lip please feel free to contact us for further details or to discuss
our individual requirements.

Replacement Cushions

Fed up with your cushions sagging or looking tired and out of shape? We can replace your old cushions with a new cushion in any grade you choose. We then wrap

it in a 4oz polyester Dacron to provide that brand new domed look and then finish off with stockinette wrapped round all of it to secure everything in place and

ensure that your new cushions will stay like a new cushion for a long time to come.

Memory Foam

Available on its own as a mattress or a mattress topper memory foam is available in Single, Double and King Size.

Mattresses and Toppers

All our foam can be cut to Single, Double, King and Queen size mattresses.

Following a large number of enquiries and orders we have started to sell rippled mattress toppers. Available in Single, Double and King Size these are ideal for

softening up firm mattresses. We use a 1” foam base with a raised 1” egg box style layout that fits into the contours of your back and can rescue a good night’s

sleep without having to change your existing mattress.
